....
Been a member of ESA a while, but not sure if your membership is up to date? Have you been wondering when to renew membership? Well, if it's been on your mind here a few answers, and directions about what to do to renew.
In general, ESA memberships run yearly, that means if you have been a member for one year, then it's time to renew your membership. How do we know if it's time? ESA maintains a membership database with information containing initial membership and renewal dates. If you have questions about your renewal date please email our ESA Registrar, Curtis Rendon who can fill you in on when you need to renew, and instructions for doing so if needed.
Why Renew? In the past ESA has maintained a friendly enrollement proceedure meant to enhance inclusiveness, and make membership enrollment the least of the membership's worries. We still intend to pursue that friendly policy, but we also want to stress the importance of renewing into the organization as well. We, at ESA work hard to make your festivals and gatherings the best that a family oriented, spiritual organization can provide, and we will continue to do this, but as we all know in this drear world of mundania, some things have a cost, and ESA is no different. Your membership dollars go toward defraying the cost of the porta potties, food for the community pot luck, utilities, entertainment, workshops and materials used specifically for festival activities. All funds provided by our membership go towards making your festival and events the best they can be, for all of us. ESA has dedicated itself to keeping our costs as low as possible, and in fact in relationship to outside events and festivals are probably the best value around! We value you as a part of the ESA family, so do your part to help us all continue to provide the best, and finest spiritual gathering in Texas, renew today!
How to renew? There are several ways, one is to go to the ESA website at http://www.earthspiritalliance.org/media/tickets.html Although the link doesn't actually say "renew" you can process your payment for membership and add a note that it's for renewal. Or, if you prefer to send a money order or check for the renewal amount ($15.00), you can write to ESA at: Earth Spirit Alliance 520 Red Rock Rd Red Rock Texas, 78662
The other alternative is to renew memberships at the gate when attending festival. We will have our current renewal lists available, so if you need, you may renew at that time.
Each renewal covers one adult membership. There are no family or group memberships available.
Thank you in advance for your continued patronage, and your valued membership, you are truly what makes ESA great!
Coming to Dragonz Wylde Ranch, Spring 2010 You won't want to miss THIS!!
