NightHawk Returns to ESA for Maiden Awakens 2008!

NightHawk is returning to ESA's Maiden Awakens 2008 to present another incredible workshop for ESA members. Nighthawk's last workshop at Harvest King was widely popular with ESA members not only for NightHawks considerable drumming knowledge and experience, but also for his wonderful wit and personality. ESA is extremely pleased to welcome back one of the true treasures of our community!

Drumming Magik By NightHawk

NightHawk from the Phoenixphyre  Phamily in Florida, and Velvet Hammer/Dreamtrybe, The Raft, and other great Pagan rock bands, will be doing a workshop and teaching a style of drumming that seems to bring FUN back into drumming. Drumming Magik!!!!!!!  To us there is nothing like taking a group of us all together making music and magik around the  fire. Learn how to walk into a drum circle at any time and be able to find your spot. How we can all play together and make music. One happy Circle, one happy phamily. Drumming Magik is a workshop that covers the many aspects of  group drumming for revels and ritual. Nighthawk teaches drumming!!!!!! It is not a traditional class!!! We might play African Songs, but it is not an African class. We might play Middle Eastern songs, but it is not a Middle Eastern class. He teaches what is called REAL MUSIC, REAL TIME. He will teach you to be a well rounded drummer. Dancers are welcomed!!!!!!!!!!!
